LAKKER

Lakker’s output ranges from electro-acoustic sound-scape pieces to death-metal-sampling breakcore: a diversity reflected in their releases to date on such labels as Risc Records and Go Away Recordings (as well as the recent Cosas EP with The Alphabet Set).

Live, they have played alongside a plethora of established names like Andrew Weatherall, Tim Exile, The Bug, Aaron Spectre, Pamelia Kurstin, Chevron and Cylob. Lakker have made a number of appearances at DEAF, as well as at the Mor, Leechrum and Mantua festivals. Currently they are in the studio putting the finishing touches to their long awaited debut album Ruido, which is due for release early this autumn on Lazybird.
